A key requirement of the Grand Prix: any pick-up from Monaco by a carrier registered in France is subject to a mandatory legal declaration filed with the Monegasque authorities, submitted at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To guarantee administrative processing and eliminate any risk of being delayed at the Principality's exit, Eminence Prestige requires a confirmed booking at least 12 hours in advance for any pick-up in Monaco. There is no such requirement for drop-offs in Monaco from France — a Nice → Monaco or Cannes → Monaco journey can be booked up to the last minute.
