Full details are available on the Legal Notice page.
Eminence Prestige provides premium private transport services across the French Riviera and surrounding areas: airport and railway-station transfers, chauffeur-driven hire, event transport and bespoke journeys.
Services are provided using fleet vehicles and professional chauffeurs. Vehicle specifications presented on the Our Fleet page are given for information purposes only; Eminence Prestige reserves the right to provide a vehicle of equivalent or superior category.
A booking is made by entering the journey details, date, time, vehicle and client contact information. Depending on the vehicle and service, the booking will result in either a fixed fare payable online or a personalised quote prepared by our team.
The booking becomes firm and definitive upon receipt of the confirmation sent by email, following validation of payment. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Any pick-up from the Principality of Monaco requires a mandatory prior legal declaration: the booking must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The fare for a transfer is fixed and includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and client meet-and-greet.
Any applicable surcharges (night-time journeys between 10 pm and 6 am, Sundays) are clearly indicated prior to payment confirmation. Prices displayed on the presentation pages are indicative ("from"); only the fare presented at the time of booking is binding.
Payment is made in full online at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, via the secure payment provider Stripe. No banking details are stored by Eminence Prestige.
For services offered on request, the payment terms are specified in the personalised quote. Failure to pay results in the cancellation of the booking.
The chauffeur presents themselves at the agreed location and time. A courtesy waiting period is granted at the pick-up point: 15 minutes for standard transfers, and 60 minutes for airport or railway-station pick-ups, the actual arrival time of the flight or train being monitored by our team.
The client undertakes to respect the vehicle and to comply with safety instructions (wearing a seatbelt, etc.). The number of passengers and items of luggage must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. Eminence Prestige reserves the right to refuse service in the event of dangerous, unlawful or disruptive behaviour.
The client may cancel or amend their booking subject to the deadlines and refund conditions detailed in our Cancellation & Payment Terms:
In the event of an inability to provide the service on the part of Eminence Prestige or owing to force majeure, Eminence Prestige will offer an equivalent alternative solution or proceed with a full refund of the client.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services provided on a specified date or at a specified frequency.
The cancellation conditions set out in Article 8 and in our Cancellation & Payment Terms apply in lieu of the right of withdrawal.
Eminence Prestige is subject to a best-efforts obligation in the performance of its services and holds the professional insurance required for its passenger transport activity.
The liability of Eminence Prestige may not be engaged in the event of delay or non-performance resulting from force majeure, exceptional traffic or weather conditions, or inaccurate information provided by the client. Eminence Prestige accepts no liability for items left behind in its vehicles.
Personal data provided at the time of booking is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The processing terms, retention period and client rights are detailed in our privacy policy.
Any complaint must be addressed to Eminence Prestige by email at contact@eminence-prestige.fr or by telephone on +33 4 22 59 00 57. We endeavour to provide a response as promptly as possible.
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer client has the right to have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute, having first submitted a written complaint to Eminence Prestige.
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution or mediation, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
