Payment is made in full online at the time of booking, by credit or debit card, via our secure payment provider Stripe. No banking details are stored by Eminence Prestige.
The price displayed is fixed and final, expressed in euros inclusive of all taxes. It includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and client meet-and-greet. Any applicable surcharges (night-time journeys, Sundays) are indicated prior to payment.
Certain vehicles and services are available on request only. In such cases, the payment terms are specified in the personalised quote provided by our team.
Once payment has been validated, a confirmation is sent by email. The booking becomes firm upon receipt of that confirmation. We invite you to check the accuracy of the details (date, time, addresses, vehicle) and to notify us without delay of any error.
Any cancellation must be communicated to Eminence Prestige by email at contact@eminence-prestige.fr or by telephone on +33 4 22 59 00 57. The refund depends on the time elapsed between the cancellation and the scheduled pick-up time:
Refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid at the time of booking.
Any amendment to a booking (date, time, pick-up or drop-off location, vehicle) is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, subject to availability.
Beyond this deadline, an amendment request is treated as a cancellation, in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 3, followed by a new booking.
The chauffeur waits for the client at the pick-up point for a courtesy period of 15 minutes (standard transfers) or 60 minutes for airport or railway-station pick-ups, the actual arrival time of the flight or train being monitored by our team.
After this period, with no news from the client and no possibility of reaching them, the journey is deemed to have been fulfilled: no refund shall be due.
In the event of force majeure or an exceptional inability to provide the service, Eminence Prestige undertakes to offer an equivalent alternative solution or, failing that, to proceed with the full refund of the client as promptly as possible.
Any pick-up from the Principality of Monaco is subject to a mandatory prior legal declaration. Accordingly, a booking with a pick-up point in Monaco must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Drop-offs to Monaco are not subject to any advance-notice requirement.
The cancellation of a pick-up from Monaco is governed by the conditions set out in Article 3.
Delayed flight or train: for airport and railway-station transfers, our team monitors the actual arrival time. No surcharge is applied for a delay beyond the client's control.
Client running late: in the event of a delay at the pick-up point beyond the courtesy waiting period, a waiting-time charge may be applied or the booking may be reassigned, depending on scheduling constraints.
Where a refund is due, it is processed to the payment method used at the time of booking, via Stripe. The credit generally appears within a few working days, and no later than 14 days.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts with jurisdiction shall be those of the registered office of Eminence Prestige.
