Bridal car: Mercedes S-Class or Range Rover Vogue LWB

The bridal car is the emblematic vehicle of the big day — the one that will appear in the photographs, that guests will admire, that will mark the arrival and departure from the ceremony. We offer two profiles to suit the spirit of the wedding. The Mercedes S-Class 2026 embodies timeless classical elegance: a sculpted silhouette in obsidian grey or deep black, Nappa leather in beige or black, the hushed atmosphere of a palace on wheels. Ideal for formal weddings at private villas or palaces. The Range Rover Vogue LWB offers a more commanding and contemporary presence: an iconic British silhouette, added height that accommodates voluminous gowns, perfect for weddings at wine estates, Provençal bastides or the hinterland. Both vehicles can receive a fresh floral arrangement in coordination with your florist: a composition on the bonnet, a silk ribbon across the grille, flowers inside the cabin. Installation takes place 1 to 2 hours before the couple's collection, with no damage whatsoever to the vehicle.

Guest shuttles: Luxury Sprinter

For guests, the alternative to impersonal tourist coaches is our Luxury Sprinter, fitted out as a mobile salon: leather upholstery, individual reclining seats, marquetry tables, three-zone climate control, premium acoustic insulation, dimmed LED ambient lighting, minibar, and refrigerator. A capacity of 10 to 16 passengers depending on configuration, transforming the hotel–ceremony–reception journey into a convivial moment rather than a burdensome transfer. For more intimate weddings (20–40 guests), the Mercedes V-Class in a 6-seat configuration offers an intimate alternative for close family and friends. Rotations are organised by the dispatcher between accommodation hotels and the ceremony venue, then on to the reception, with late-night returns until 4 am.

Wedding planner coordination and multi-vehicle management

For weddings of 50 to 200 guests requiring several simultaneous vehicles (bridal car, guest shuttles, close family vehicle, airport transfers for international guests), a dedicated dispatcher orchestrates the entire operation. In advance: a comprehensive briefing with your wedding planner, joint venue reconnaissance (church, town hall, reception, accommodation hotels), validation of the master schedule, identification of constraints (wedding cortège, photography, group departures). On the day: real-time WhatsApp communication between the dispatcher, chauffeurs and wedding planner, management of unforeseen events (ceremony delay, extended photo session, capricious weather), reporting each completed rotation to the planner. Our philosophy is to integrate into your schedule rather than impose our own.

The wedding season on the Riviera runs from May to September, with a concentration in June and September. We recommend booking transport 3 to 6 months before the big day, particularly if your date coincides with a high-profile event weekend (Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Lions, Monaco Yacht Show) which place heavy demand on the regional fleet. At booking: a detailed review of your requirements, a personalised quote, and venue reconnaissance where needed. The day before the wedding: chauffeur briefing (timings, routes, wedding planner contact details, specific dress code requested, particular constraints). On the day: morning vehicle inspection, on-site presentation 30 minutes before the announced time, real-time communication with your coordinator.

This lead time allows us to secure the appropriate fleet (S-Class, Luxury Sprinter, Range Rover), plan a venue reconnaissance with your wedding planner, and brief the chauffeurs on the precise itinerary and timing for the big day.

Yes, the bridal car (S-Class or Range Rover Vogue LWB) can be dressed with fresh floral arrangements, silk ribbon, and a calligraphed nameplate, in coordination with your florist and wedding planner. Installation takes place 1 to 2 hours before the couple's collection, with no damage to the vehicle. Floral option quote available on request.

For 100 guests, we recommend 3 Luxury Sprinters on direct rotation, or 2 Luxury Sprinters + 2 Mercedes V-Class to smooth departures from several hotels. The dispatcher organises the rotations between hotels, ceremony and reception venue to prevent any waiting. A detailed transport plan is provided 7 days before the wedding.
